What does your construction process look like? 

We have embraced the design build process here at the David Company. A one stop destination with single source accountability.


Can we make changes after the construction set of drawings have been approved? 

Hopefully we have done our job during the design process that there will be no need for changes but yes we allow minor changes as long as they do not affect the construction timeline.

Do you provide full time supervision of your projects? 

Yes we do provide fulltime supervision of each project to manage and oversee everyone’s investment.

Do you allow for change orders? 

We do not allow change orders from our subcontractor or ourselves once all the contracts have been executed. The only change orders that are allowed are if the owner wants to add or subtract from the scope of the project.


Can you provide a price for the construction not to exceed our budget? 

With our design build process we provide our clients with up front pricing with a guaranteed budget not to exceed.
