The cost of the building has numerous components that determine the costs. We provide budgets up front for all our projects.

Yes. We provide consulting to the owner as to what size of building they would like to build to meet their needs. It usually comes down to financing options that drive the type and size of building.

There are many components that are compiled to produce a permit set of drawings.  Timelines will vary with different city jurisdictions and building dept. and scope of work required.

Permits to build out for new construction and remodels in an existing building will usually take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the cities building dept. We then continue to work on the construction set of drawings while waiting for building permit approval. Cosmetic upgrades to existing space will usually not need a building permit.


The duration and timeline for the actual construction process will depend on the complexity and the scope of work. We always provide a construction schedule to all our clients so they can anticipate and plan their grand openings.
